Michael Minette is a seasoned strategic advisor with a 25-year career driving transformative growth in the medical technology industry. Based in Denver, he is known for his strategic acumen, operational excellence, and expertise in digital transformation, while being deeply passionate about strategy, transformation, and organizational effectiveness. Michael has held leadership roles at industry-leading companies such as Covidien, GE Healthcare, Deloitte Consulting, Medtronic, and Exact Sciences, where he consistently delivered exceptional results by aligning strategic vision with operational execution.

Michael has executed over 100 corporate development transactions, successfully guiding companies into new technology markets and leading pivotal spin-offs and business unit sales. His ability to unlock shareholder value is evident through his work with companies like VIDA Diagnostics, Zimmer Biomet, and ZimVie. Focused on growth-oriented strategies, he has championed the creation of new business units, reorganized commercial structures for greater efficiency, and implemented rigorous product launch processes that deliver significant value to customers and stakeholders.

Throughout his career, Michael has led global teams managing portfolios exceeding $7 billion in annual revenue and excelled in high-growth areas, such as doubling revenue in the Interventional Lung business in just two years. His broad expertise covers diagnostics, therapeutics, imaging, orthopedics, dental, and surgical robotics. Known for his passion and ability to lead transformative change, Michael is a trusted advisor to CEOs, boards, and senior executives seeking sustainable growth and competitive advantage.

Gintas Vildzius brings over 35 years of experience in driving business outcomes through technology innovation, product development, M&A activities, and business transformation. With a passion for leveraging science and technology to positively impact global health and the environment, he has been instrumental in launching products that benefit nearly eight billion people worldwide. His career is marked by a deep commitment to advancing technologies that address pressing global challenges.

Most recently, Gintas served as Chief Technology Officer at Monolith Materials, a late-stage clean technology startup backed by over $750 million in private equity funding. In this role, he led the core technology teams, managed research laboratories, and directed a customer product innovation center. Under his leadership, Monolith made significant advancements in its technology capabilities, culminating in the finalization of a $1 billion Department of Energy loan. Prior to Monolith, Gintas held senior leadership roles in Life Sciences, including R&D leader and Chief Technology Officer at Revvity, where he drove the launch of dozens of new products, supported M&A initiatives, and played a key role in the rapid development and FDA approval of a highly successful COVID PCR test.

Earlier in his career, Gintas spent 26 years at GE in various technical leadership positions, spanning multiple business segments. He was responsible for launching several first-of-a-kind products and held cross-functional roles in finance, project management, and services. Gintas began his career as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Air Force, where he earned the rank of Captain and received the Air Force Commendation Medal. He holds a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Union College and a bachelor’s degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. A certified Six Sigma Blackbelt, he is also a passionate advocate for STEM education and volunteers regularly with Habitat for Humanity. Gintas and his wife reside in Colorado, where they enjoy outdoor activities and spending time with their two grown children.

Dan Tereau, with over 30 years of experience working with blue-chip companies like General Motors, PepsiCo, Novartis, PerkinElmer, Thermo Fisher Scientific, and GE, is a highly regarded in the practice of mediation and arbitration. His practice focuses on resolving complex corporate and business disputes, including mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, breach of representations and warranties, and labor and employee disputes. Additionally, Dan has extensive experience in consumer goods, strategy, and business planning.

Leveraging his extensive background in corporate development, Dan has overseen more than 70 acquisitions totaling over $40 billion across industries such as life sciences, healthcare, and software. His deep expertise in corporate finance, negotiations, and the legal intricacies of high-stakes transactions has made him a trusted mediator and expert witness. Frequently called upon to offer advice in complex M&A transactions and corporate governance matters, Dan’s insight ensures that clients benefit from his comprehensive understanding of both business and legal dynamics.

Dan’s mediation style is distinguished by his focus on fostering cooperative dialogue and practical solutions that avoid the drawn-out litigation process emphasizes conciliation over conflict.  He prioritizes efficient resolutions over costly and protracted legal battles and believes that resolution, not conflict, is the key to achieving fair outcomes. His hands-on experience as a senior executive in Fortune 500 companies, working directly with CEOs and Boards of Directors, gives him the strategic foresight and maturity needed to deliver results that are both legally sound and aligned with business objectives.

Dan holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Yale University where he attended as a Sloan Fellow, as well as a Juris Doctor degree from Wayne State University.  He has also completed professional training at MIT, specializing in the use of Artificial Intelligence across multiple industries.

Dan is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and Michigan and is a certified arbitrator for FINRA.
